The Opus by OMNIYAT was designed in its entirety by Dame Zaha Hadid, from architecture to interiors; according to OMNIYAT, its ME Dubai hotel is the only hotel for which she designed both exterior and interior. The hollowed glass cube in the Burj Khalifa District brings together grade A offices, the ME Dubai hotel and 96 residences fully furnished with furniture and fixtures selected by Zaha Hadid, plus a penthouse.
The one- and two-bedroom residences have a private entrance separate from the hotel's, a temperature-controlled pool, a spa, a gym and the hotel's restaurants, with 24-hour security, valet and concierge.
Nine residences available according to OMNIYAT's list of 5 October 2026, on the 16th, 17th and 18th floors: eight one-bedroom residences of 887 to 1,148 sq ft, from AED 4.1M to AED 5.6M, and a 2,219 sq ft two-bedroom with Burj Khalifa views at AED 10.8M. "From" prices, subject to availability and confirmation by OMNIYAT. The penthouse is not on this list.

The Opus Penthouse, at the top of the building, offers 12,788 sq ft including 8,540 sq ft internal and 4,248 sq ft external, plus 2,500 sq ft of common area for exclusive use, with the original trusses and beams preserved and ceiling heights above 5 metres.
Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, DIFC and the Dubai Canal are minutes away, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
