What is the GADAIT Hotels & Palaces collection?
A small circle of great houses we know and book for our clients — on two levels: partner houses, tied to GADAIT by an official agreement (the first: Monteverdi Tuscany), and the GADAIT editorial selection, addresses recommended fully independently, with no commercial tie. It opens with Tuscany: five houses holding 11 Michelin Keys between them.
What is the difference between 'official partner' and 'GADAIT selection'?
Official partner = a direct agreement with the house: privileged access to availability, tables and experiences. GADAIT selection = a purely editorial recommendation, chosen for its singularity and fact-checked (Michelin Guide, the houses' public materials) — we organise the stay as an independent advisor. The distinction is displayed on every page.
Does booking through GADAIT cost more?
No. Stays are booked at the houses' own rates and terms — GADAIT acts as advisor and single point of contact (rooms, tables, experiences, transfers) at no extra cost to the client.
Which destinations are covered?
The collection opens with Tuscany: Monteverdi Tuscany (partner), Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, Borgo Santo Pietro, Castello di Casole (Belmond) and COMO Castello del Nero. Other destinations will follow, chosen with the same patience.
Do you also organise weddings and events?
Yes — one of the collection's great uses: a full buyout of the Monteverdi village (up to 100 guests) or a castle wedding at Castello di Casole (20 to 150 people). Our guide 'Getting Married in Tuscany' covers venues, timeline and budgets, and an advisor structures the whole file.
