Maison Bauchart is a 5-star hotel set in a Second Empire mansion at 11 rue Quentin-Bauchart, in Paris's Golden Triangle (8th arrondissement), between Avenue George V and the Champs-Élysées. It has ten keys: eight suites of 52 to 82 m² (published sizes) and two duplex lofts of 63 and 90 m², converted from the former stables. Two interconnecting suites combine into apartments of 120 to around 150 m², with up to three bedrooms for six guests. The house has a spa with an indoor pool, Moroccan hammam and sauna, butlers, a bar, a cigar lounge and a 500-bottle cellar, and can be booked in its entirety. Opened in 2025, it welcomes guests from 3 pm. The Prince de Galles is directly opposite and the Four Seasons George V about 80 m away. The house uses dynamic pricing: €1,600 to €4,600 per suite per night depending on category and season, service and VAT included (range shared by the house, October 2026). GADAIT stayed there as a family, then became an official partner: we plan your stay.
From the street, nothing gives Maison Bauchart away except a black carriage door flanked by two olive trees beneath a wrought-iron canopy. That is the point: the house describes itself as a highly confidential address, a celebration of Parisian elegance "for those in the know". Behind the door stands a Second Empire mansion in dressed stone, with the proportions of its era and noble materials throughout.
The white marble lobby, lined with columns and flooded with light, runs straight through to the winter garden. To the right, the grand staircase keeps its original wrought-iron banister. At the far end lie a landscaped, paved courtyard planted with tree ferns and the two lofts created in the old stables. Art is everywhere; the contemporary decoration converses with the mouldings without ever erasing them.
Scale changes everything. With ten keys, you barely cross another guest. You live here as you would in a private residence, with a living room, a kitchen in most suites, and a team that has planned your arrival with you.

Each key borrows its name from the neighbourhood and has a character of its own: Haussmannian on the first floor, Art Deco on the third, 1950s ocean liner under the eaves, contemporary in the lofts. Street-side suites have the light and the grand volumes; garden-side suites, the quiet. Every stay includes butler service (shoe care, unpacking and packing, personalised concierge), a smart TV, connected speakers, a coffee machine, a Dyson hairdryer and Wi-Fi.
Sizes and capacities as published by the hotel, checked on 19 October 2026; the Alma Suite's size was confirmed by the house in October 2026.
This is what sets the house apart. On each floor, two neighbouring suites interconnect and can be booked together, forming a dual-aspect apartment of 120 to nearly 150 m² with up to three bedrooms and three bathrooms. They are combinations rather than extra keys, and they let a family of six stay together on one floor, each with their own bathroom, in a 5-star hotel in the 8th arrondissement.

Combinations and sizes as published by the hotel, checked on 19 October 2026. To compare with other Paris addresses: a luxury Paris hotel for a family of six and what a family suite costs.
The spa is reached by lift directly from your floor. It holds an indoor plunge pool set between stone pillars, a vaulted Moroccan hammam in blue zellige, a sauna and two treatment suites finished in natural wood. With only ten keys, privacy isn't a brochure promise; it's arithmetic.
Facials and body treatments use Noble Panacea, the brand founded by Sir Fraser Stoddart, winner of the 2016 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. Manicures and professional make-up are also offered, and massages can be given in your suite or apartment. The fully equipped gym is open around the clock, and a personal trainer is available on request, including in-suite.
During our stay we shared a couples' massage at the spa: an hour of complete calm, a short walk from Avenue George V.

There is no public restaurant and no busy lobby here. The house runs like a private residence with its own staff: attentive butlers, salons for entertaining, a cellar, a bar, and chefs who come and cook for you.

We stayed as a family, across three generations, for four nights in August 2026, in the two-bedroom Galliera Suite. We only recommend houses we know from the inside, and it was after this stay that GADAIT became an official partner of Maison Bauchart.
What stays with you isn't the marble. It's the feeling of being expected: before we had even arrived, the house had asked us how we like to live.

Rue Quentin-Bauchart is a short, calm street linking Avenue Marceau to the Champs-Élysées. You are at the centre of the Golden Triangle, between Avenue George V and Avenue Montaigne, among the haute couture houses. The Prince de Galles is directly opposite; the Four Seasons George V about 80 m away. Everything is on foot: shows, boutiques, lunches, and the Seine at the bottom of Avenue George V.

Our editorial method →At 11 rue Quentin-Bauchart in Paris's 8th arrondissement, at the heart of the Golden Triangle. The street runs between Avenue Marceau and the Champs-Élysées: the Prince de Galles hotel is directly opposite (about 60 m), the Four Seasons George V about 80 m away, the Champs-Élysées about 270 m and George V metro (line 1) about 300 m. Avenue Montaigne and its couture houses are a few minutes' walk. Straight-line distances, measured on 19 October 2026.
No, and it doesn't claim to be. Maison Bauchart is rated a 5-star hotel by Atout France, the French classification body. Its register is that of a private mansion: just ten keys, a team of butlers and a spa scaled to ten suites. If you're weighing the two philosophies, our detailed comparison is in "Palace or boutique hotel in Paris".
Ten keys: eight suites spread from the first floor up to the rooftops, plus two duplex lofts converted from the former stables at the far end of the courtyard. The four "apartments" the hotel offers are not extra keys: each one combines two neighbouring, interconnecting suites, from 120 to around 150 m².
Four keys have two bedrooms and sleep four: the Galliera Suite (82 m², second floor, where we stayed), the Montaigne Suite (81 m², Art Deco, accessible for guests with reduced mobility), the Magellan Suite (77 m², under the eaves, ocean-liner style) and the Bauchart Duplex Loft (90 m², private terrace and wine cellar). Each has two bathrooms.
Yes, by combining two interconnecting suites. Apartments II (Galliera and Bassano, over 130 m²), III (Montaigne and Marceau, 135 m²) and IV (Magellan and Alma, 120 m²) each offer three bedrooms and three bathrooms for six guests. Apartment I (George V and Elysée, nearly 150 m²) has two bedrooms for four.

The hotel does not present a restaurant open to the public. Breakfast is served in your suite, room service covers candlelit dinners and light bites, and private chefs can cook a bespoke dinner in your suite or apartment. Le Bar de la Maison serves aperitifs and cocktails, and Le Salon offers tea, petits fours and pastries beneath its winter garden.
Yes, and from seven suites it is the only option: you take the entire hotel, all ten suites and the shared spaces, exclusively. The hotel offers valet parking and private transfers from Paris airports and railway stations. When we stayed, the street was closed for roadworks: the team guided us in and parked the car themselves at the Prince de Galles opposite. Tell your GADAIT advisor how you are arriving and the welcome will be arranged.
We stayed with three generations of our family in the Galliera Suite. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large drawing room and a fully equipped kitchen, the suite works like a family apartment, and an extra bed can be set up in the living room. For six, the three-bedroom apartments are the right answer.
Yes. We stayed as a family, across three generations, for four nights in August 2026, in the two-bedroom Galliera Suite. That stay is why GADAIT became an official partner of the house.
Maison Bauchart opened in 2025, in a Second Empire mansion on rue Quentin-Bauchart.
