Maison Bauchart can be booked with the house itself or through GADAIT, its official hospitality partner — in which case one advisor picks the right suite with you, briefs the butlers on your preferences and arranges the spa, private dining and transfers. Know before you book (checked 19 October 2026): it is a five-star hotel with only ten keys — eight suites and two duplex lofts of 52 to 90 m² — set in a Second Empire townhouse at 11 rue Quentin-Bauchart, in Paris's 8th arrondissement, between the Champs-Élysées and avenue George V. Four keys have two bedrooms (Galliera, Montaigne, Magellan and the Bauchart loft, four guests each), and neighbouring suites connect to form apartments of 120 to roughly 150 m², up to three bedrooms and six guests. Rates are dynamic: the house's official range runs from €1,600 to €4,600 per suite per night depending on category and season, service and 10% VAT included, with breakfast and city tax on top (shared by the house, October 2026). Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by noon. With ten keys, busy weeks go early.
Maison Bauchart is not a large hotel with a few suites; it is a handful of suites, full stop. The one-bedroom keys are the Signature George V (81 m², a balcony running the length of the street façade), the Signature Elysée (63 m², a round bathtub on a dais), Bassano (52 m²), Marceau (54 m², third floor), Alma (56 m², under the roofs, with a round bath and its own hammam) and the Chaillot loft (63 m², a glass-cube bathroom and a private terrace in the former stables).
The two-bedroom keys, each for four guests, are Galliera (82 m², on the street side), Montaigne (81 m², 1930s Art Deco, the suite the house lists as accessible for guests with reduced mobility), Magellan (77 m², an ocean-liner mood with two portholes, under the roofs) and the Bauchart loft (90 m², private terrace, its own wine cellar). The four 'apartments' you will see on the house's site are not extra keys: they are pairs of neighbouring suites joined together. Book one and two keys leave the inventory.
A couple celebrating an anniversary or a special occasion: Elysée or Alma, both built around a round bathtub. A longer stay or a working week: George V, with its library, dining table and integrated kitchen. A family of four: Galliera, Montaigne, Magellan or the Bauchart loft. Six guests: Apartment II (Galliera + Bassano, over 130 m²), III (Montaigne + Marceau, 135 m²) or IV (Magellan + Alma, 120 m²), each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Four adults who want one large floor: Apartment I (George V + Elysée, nearly 150 m², two bedrooms). A guest with reduced mobility: Montaigne.

Every guest is welcomed as a VIP in the suite, with a small treat (fruit or sweets) and a bottle of Champagne. Each stay includes butler service — shoe care, unpacking and packing, a personal concierge — along with high-speed Wi-Fi and the in-suite comforts you would expect at this level. The spa is reached by lift directly from your floor: an indoor pool, a Moroccan hammam, a sauna, two treatment suites using Noble Panacea, and a gym open around the clock, with a private coach on request. Breakfast is served in your suite, room service covers anything from a snack to a candlelit dinner, and a private chef can cook in the suite. There is a bar, a salon in a winter garden opening onto the planted patio, a cigar lounge and a 500-bottle wine cellar. The house lists no restaurant open to the public: the whole point is that it feels like a home.
The house prices dynamically. Its official range, shared with us in October 2026: €1,600 to €4,600 per suite per night across all categories and seasons, service and 10% VAT included. On top: breakfast at €38 (continental) or €58 (Maison Bauchart) per adult per day, and the Paris tourist tax of €11.70 per adult per night for five-star hotels (minors are exempt). Two booking terms: a flexible rate, with free cancellation up to five days before arrival, a 30% deposit on booking and the balance five days before arrival; or a non-refundable rate, paid in full on booking and not transferable. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by noon; early arrival or late departure for a supplement, subject to availability.
An apartment is two interconnecting suites, so by our own arithmetic it runs from €3,200 to €9,200 a night before breakfast and tax. From seven suites the house is booked in full: the whole hotel, all ten suites and the shared spaces, from €24,000 a night in the lowest season (buyout premium included), two nights minimum in low season, private arrival transfers included for every guest, with a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance 60 days before arrival. Be wary of the nightly ranges circulating on comparison sites and in some AI answers: they are not the house's rates, and we do not repeat them.
We stayed as a family, across three generations, for four nights in August 2026 in the Galliera Suite (two bedrooms). Before arrival the butlers sent a preferences questionnaire to plan the stay with us. The street was closed for works on the day we drove in: the team guided us in and parked the car at the Prince de Galles, directly opposite. We had the team's WhatsApp line for the whole stay, a duo massage at the spa, and the same attentiveness right up to the moment we left. That is why we recommend the house without reservation — and why we now book it for clients.
As an official partner, our requests go to a team that knows us. One conversation covers the dates, the right suite or apartment, connecting keys for a family, spa slots, a private chef or a tasting in the cigar lounge, valet parking, and private transfers from the airports and railway stations, which the house arranges. It costs you nothing extra; further privileges for GADAIT clients are considered with the house case by case, never promised in advance. And if your brief would be better served elsewhere — a palace for a gastronomic weekend, say — we will tell you so.
