Stay in the 8th, ideally around the Golden Triangle: avenue Montaigne is the couture street, the shows are spread across Paris, and from here you are central for all of them. The official 2027 calendar published by the FHCM: menswear from 19 to 24 January, haute couture from 25 to 28 January, womenswear from 1 to 9 March, menswear again from 22 to 27 June, haute couture from 5 to 8 July, and womenswear from 27 September to 5 October. Book four to six months ahead: these are the busiest weeks of the Paris hotel year. For a brand or a buyer who needs to receive, a townhouse hotel works better than a palace room: Maison Bauchart, GADAIT's official partner just off avenue George V and a few minutes' walk from avenue Montaigne, offers suites with real salons, hosts showrooms, photo shoots and product launches, and can be privatised in full.
The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode publishes the calendar. For 2027 it lists: menswear Fall/Winter 2027-2028, Tuesday 19 to Sunday 24 January; haute couture Spring/Summer 2027, Monday 25 to Thursday 28 January; womenswear Fall/Winter 2027-2028, Monday 1 to Tuesday 9 March; menswear Spring/Summer 2028, Tuesday 22 to Sunday 27 June; haute couture Fall/Winter 2027-2028, Monday 5 to Thursday 8 July; womenswear Spring/Summer 2028, Monday 27 September to Tuesday 5 October. January stacks menswear and haute couture back to back: almost two full weeks.

Avenue Montaigne and the streets around avenue George V hold the flagship stores of the great couture houses, and the 8th sits at the centre of a calendar whose venues move every season. Staying here means short drives in heavy traffic and the option to walk to appointments. Saint-Germain-des-Prés is the Left Bank alternative if your week leans towards shows and showrooms on that side of the river.
During Fashion Week a suite is often a workplace: rails, fittings, a stylist, a buyer to receive. That calls for a real salon rather than a bedroom with an armchair. At Maison Bauchart, the George V suite has a library salon and dining table under high ceilings, the Elysée suite an open salon, and the house lists showrooms, photo shoots and product launches among its events. A brand can take an apartment of connecting suites, or privatise the ten keys, the bar and the winter-garden salon for the week. The butlers handle packing and unpacking, a personal shopper, a private coach and, on request, close protection.
On avenue Montaigne itself, the Plaza Athénée is the classic choice, and the Four Seasons George V sits about 80 metres from Maison Bauchart; both are palaces. Le Bristol on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré puts you among the other great houses. On the Left Bank, the Mandarin Oriental Lutetia. All of these fill early during the Fashion Weeks; book them as soon as your schedule is fixed.
Four to six months ahead for a suite in the 8th; more for a full buyout or an apartment for a team. During these weeks, expect higher rates across the city and, in some hotels, minimum stays or stricter cancellation terms: ask for them in writing before you commit. Add the Paris tourist tax per adult per night — €11.70 in a five-star hotel, €15.93 in a palace (2026 rates).
As Maison Bauchart's official partner, GADAIT can hold the right suite or apartment for your dates, brief the butlers on fittings and deliveries, and organise transfers between shows — at no extra cost to you. Tell us the season, the size of your team and whether you need to receive; we come back with a proposal.

This page is general travel information. Facts were checked on 19 October 2026 against official sources (Atout France, the Ville de Paris, the FHCM, hotels' own sites). Nightly rates are directional and never guaranteed: hotels set and change their own prices, and every figure must be confirmed for your dates at booking. GADAIT is an official hospitality partner of Maison Bauchart and says so openly; the other hotels named are an independent GADAIT selection, with no commercial link.
