Direct answer

There is no public price list for family suites in Paris's top hotels: most quote on request, by date. The one range we can give is the one the house has shared with us: at Maison Bauchart, a five-star townhouse hotel in the 8th, every suite, two-bedroom suites included, falls between €1,600 and €4,600 a night depending on category and season, service and 10% VAT included (October 2026; pricing is dynamic, so a two-bedroom suite has no fixed rate of its own). Its three-bedroom apartments for six join two connecting suites: by our own arithmetic, €3,200 to €9,200 a night before breakfast and tax. Palaces generally build family space by connecting a suite to a room and quote it for your dates, so we do not print a figure we have not recorded. Add the Paris tourist tax per adult per night — €11.70 in a five-star hotel, €15.93 in a palace (2026 rates; minors are exempt): for four adults over four nights, that is €187.20 or €254.88. Expect the highest rates during the Fashion Weeks and the big trade-fair weeks.

In detail

The range the house has shared

At Maison Bauchart, the official range runs from €1,600 to €4,600 per suite per night across all categories and seasons, service and 10% VAT included (shared by the house, October 2026). The house prices dynamically and gives its two-bedroom suites no separate rate: they sit within that range. A two-bedroom suite buys 77 to 90 m² (Magellan, Montaigne, Galliera or the Bauchart loft), two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a salon and butler service, with the spa and indoor pool one lift ride away. The three-bedroom apartments are two connecting suites, so by our own arithmetic they run from €3,200 to €9,200 a night, before breakfast (€38 continental or €58 Maison Bauchart, per adult per day) and the tourist tax.

What moves the price

Dates first: the Paris Fashion Weeks (in 2027, menswear from 19 to 24 January and 22 to 27 June, womenswear from 1 to 9 March and 27 September to 5 October, per the FHCM), the haute couture weeks and major trade fairs push the whole city's rates up. Then length of stay, flexibility (a non-refundable rate is not the same price as a flexible one), and the configuration you need: a single two-bedroom suite costs less than two connecting keys. Booking early matters most in hotels with very few family units.

Two-bedroom suite, connecting rooms or apartment

There are three ways to sleep a family under one door. A true two-bedroom suite, with a shared salon, is the most comfortable and the rarest. Connecting rooms — a suite plus a room — are the palaces' usual answer: more doors, sometimes no shared living room. An apartment made of connecting suites, as at Maison Bauchart (Apartments II, III and IV: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 120 to 135 m², six guests), gives the most space. Ask for the number of bathrooms and the living area, not just the bedroom count.

The costs people forget

The Paris tourist tax is charged per adult per night and depends on the hotel's category: €11.70 in a five-star hotel and €15.93 in a palace in 2026, with minors exempt. On a four-night stay for four adults, that is €187.20 in a five-star hotel and €254.88 in a palace (GADAIT calculation from the city's grid). Breakfast, parking, spa treatments beyond access and in-suite dining are usually charged separately: ask whether each is included before you compare two quotes.

Our own family stay

We stayed at Maison Bauchart across three generations, for four nights in August 2026, in the Galliera Suite (two bedrooms). Its salon is large enough that the team set up an extra bed there for us, and the suite's open kitchen makes it feel closer to a Paris apartment than a hotel room. For a family, that is what the price really buys: one front door, one living room, and a team that organises everything around you.

Getting the real number for your dates

Send us your dates, the number of adults and children, and the bedding you need. As Maison Bauchart's official partner, GADAIT comes back with the right configuration and the rate the house quotes for your dates, at no extra cost to you — and, if you want a comparison, with what we can confirm from other addresses for the same nights.

Nightly rates are directional and never guaranteed: hotels set and change their own prices, and every figure must be confirmed for your dates at booking.
