OMNIYAT designed only 38 residences over 30 floors: four-bedroom Marina Residences with double-height living rooms, Sky Residences, penthouses and one Sky Palace. Architecture is by Foster + Partners, interiors by Gilles & Boissier, and residential services are entrusted to Dorchester Collection.
Nine residences available according to OMNIYAT's availability list of 5 October 2026: Marina Residences 501, 701, 1101 and 1301, the three-bedroom Marina Residence 1401, Sky Residence 2601, the South Penthouse 1601 and North Penthouse 1602, and the Sky Palace 2801. Prices range from AED 43.3M for the three-bedroom 1401 to AED 76.1M for Sky Residence 2601; the two penthouses and the Sky Palace remain on request. Each listing carries the unit's "from" price, areas, views and, where OMNIYAT has released them, its official floor plan and payment schedule.
On 20 August 2026, OMNIYAT's construction update placed the structure at level 28, three levels short of topping out, and the facade at level 10.

Two connected 150-metre volumes, 272,860 sq ft of floor area over 30 floors and only 38 residences: VELA is the most private of OMNIYAT's Marasi Bay addresses.
OMNIYAT's fact sheet describes residences opening through floor-to-ceiling glazing onto vast terraces, double-height living areas of up to 6 metres in selected units and L-shaped corner pools that OMNIYAT presents as unique in Dubai. Every residence has its own private lift lobby; kitchens are fitted with European appliances and interiors are designed and furnished by Gilles & Boissier.
Shared spaces look over the Marasi Bay marina: main, VIP and marina lobbies, an infinity-edge lap pool, a triple-height gym, a spa suite and salon, a kids' room and a cinema. Residents have access to Sunset Park and the district's private jetty.
