The minimum stay is 6 to 7 nights, excluding the Christmas and New Year period. Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am. Any early arrival or late departure will be subject to a half-night charge.

The living spaces include a bright lounge, a convivial dining area, a TV corner, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa opens onto a terrace / veranda, an outdoor lounge, a tropical garden, and an outdoor shower, inviting seamless indoor–outdoor living in perfect harmony.

In terms of amenities, the villa offers five double beds and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, as well as a wine cellar featuring a selection of wines and champagnes. A Nespresso machine with capsules is also provided. Additional equipment includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat-screen TV, satellite cable, DVD player, home cinema system, Wi-Fi, and iPod connectivity. Household linen, bed sheets, bathrobes, and beach towels are supplied. Outdoors, sun loungers, a parasol, and a charcoal barbecue enhance the experience. The property is secured with an alarm and camera system, generator, fire extinguisher, electric gate, and safe.

Included services feature the presence of two housekeepers, a private chef, a butler, and a gardener, ensuring a completely effortless stay.
