Valriche by YOO counts eleven villas in total, numbered 219 to 224 and 227 to 231 inside the Heritage Villas Valriche estate at Bel Ombre. In August 2026 the specialist press reported seven still available, meaning four had sold since launch. They come in three formats: 3 bedrooms of 252 m² on plots around 613 m², 4 bedrooms of 277 m² on plots around 704 m², and a 5-bedroom format on the collection's largest plots, priced on request. On a collection this small, availability moves in weeks rather than months, and the estate does not publish a live stock list. GADAIT confirms the real state of stock villa by villa, with orientation, plot and delivery schedule, within 4 hours.
Eleven villas is not a marketing framing, it is the whole collection. Once they are sold there is no second phase: Valriche by YOO is a finite set of plots inside an estate created in 2008, and the next opportunity to own one will be a resale, at whatever price the market sets by then. Four have already gone in the first months.
The villa numbers are also informative. They sit in a continuous range, 219 to 224 and 227 to 231, which places them as a contiguous enclave on the forest edge rather than scattered plots across 2,500 hectares. Orientation and immediate surroundings therefore differ from one number to the next, and that is the first thing to check before choosing — not the floor plan, which is shared across each format.
Neither the estate nor the developer publishes a live availability table. What circulates publicly is a mix of press figures and portal listings, and portals keep sold units online for months. Two villas are currently listed through GADAIT, a 3-bedroom at €1,110,713 and a 4-bedroom at €1,247,857, both net of the 5% registration duty.
Before booking a viewing trip, ask for a written confirmation of the remaining villas with their numbers. That is a one-day check with the developer, Aspire Valriche Ltd, and it avoids the classic disappointment of flying in for a villa that went under offer three weeks earlier. GADAIT runs that check and shares the current list, at no cost and with no obligation.
