A tranquil and secluded spot for sea bathing is a short stroll down a path, leading to flat rocks and a small pebble beach, providing convenient access to the water. For those seeking a more extensive sandy beach experience, an 8-minute walk down the lane leads to such a destination.

Venturing to Spetses for dinner or nightlife is a quick 10-minute ride via water taxi, which can conveniently dock on the waterfront below the house. Additionally, exploring the historic port of Nafplio and various ancient sites in the Peloponnese is easily achievable by car, with travel times ranging from 1 to 2 hours.

Main House

Upon entering the residence, you are welcomed by a spacious open area adorned with ceiling fans. This expansive room encompasses a cozy living space with a television, an additional sitting area, a compact kitchen, and an indoor dining table capable of accommodating 12 guests. The dining area leads to a terrace that offers a picturesque sea view of Spetses.

The master bedroom, featuring a sizable double bed, comes complete with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, a small office, and direct access to the same terrace shared with the living room. This arrangement provides a degree of privacy, complemented by a small dining table situated under a pergola.

Adjacent to the master’s office, the Upper Twin Room, convertible into a double, boasts its own terrace overlooking the rear of the property. While this room has a bathroom with a shower, it lacks direct access from within.

A few steps below, there is another Lower Twin Room, which can be transformed into a double. This room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and opens up to an outdoor sitting area and a garden beneath the terrace of the living room. Within the main house’s lower section, accessible through a separate entrance, is a Studio/Apartment. This space includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a living area with a couch suitable for a child or young adult to sleep on, a dining table, ample closet space, and a small kitchen.

Guest House

On the opposite side of the property, past the pool and a few stairs down, is the guesthouse with three separate rooms, each with its entrance and no direct connection.

The ground-level rooms share a balcony with a sea view. Guest Room 1 has twin beds (convertible into a double), an en-suite bathroom, a small couch, and a dining table. Guest Room 2 features a double bed, a single bed, and a flexible arrangement with an en-suite bathroom and a small seating area. Guest Room 3 on the lower ground opens to a patio and garden, offering twin beds or a double, a sofa for a child, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
